I just walked out of the Edinburg office. My visit went fine until I had to listen to one of the receptionists arguing and being incredibly rude to an elderly gentleman who was obviously hard of hearing. Why is it necessary to treat someone like that? It’s an ophthalmologist office—the clientele is often elderly with varying degrees of hearing. That receptionist has been there for years and I could care less if she is rude to me, but there is no need to mistreat someone over 80 who did nothing wrong other than being confused.

Service is great, the wait is not I was early to my appointment, and I sat in the empty waiting room by myself. In total, I was waiting for 45 minutes; when I asked if they were running behind schedule, they told me I was next. However, I’d been next for all 45 minutes... After I was seen, the service was great. I just wish they’d been more conscious of the time of my appointment and my personal time.

Bad experience. They turned us down because they heard my daughter cough (she tested negative for flu and strep 3 days ago). I get that maybe the doctor didn’t want to get sick but I wish they had told me before going that if the patient is sick they get turned away. I asked for a day off work, i pulled my daughter out of school all to get turned away and rescheduled. Plus that lady in the front with the chola eyebrows was giggling with the other girl when she went to “ask” if my daughter could get seen. So disrespectful.

Awesome staff and awesome experience. From before the planning for the lasik, to the aftercare, the staff has been amazing. Everyone was so informative and helpful. I am super happy with the help I got from my lasik counselor Annette, who was so kind and helpful and from Dr. Bentley who is so nice, friendly, and an expert in his profession. My partner got the procedure and completely agrees with me on the positive experience. They provide genuine care and I have recommended their services to my family. I am proof of the great experience and results they provide and I am happy to be free of glasses after 30 years.
