I give this place 0 stars. Very unprofessional over charges on simple repairs, doesn't clean jewelry like they claim they do and repairs are not ready when they say they will be. Customer service not good at all very rude, he did not honor the price they had originally gave me to repair my ring. My ring came back dirtier than before with scratches. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Put in my order on May 11th, paid 200 down payment. Went to go pick it up on July 6th and it looks like they did it the same day I picked it up. I cant wear it because it pokes me, 740 down the drain.

Over charges for small fixes, claims gold and silver are the same value in these fixes. Which makes absolutely no sense for anyone who knows about value in jewelry. You can definitely find better jewelers, as a previous review read “dirty” they DO NOT DO CLEAN WORK very sloppy.

They don't know how to answer the phone... When they pick up they keep on hanging up. I've been trying to get ahold of them for days and no luck and I also went by to pick up my jewelry put they weren't in during business hours.

I went in to get a ring resized and was shocked to find the owner, his family and worker was not wearing mask. I suggest you stay away till this covid 19 dies down otherwise you're walking in to your own demise.

I was going to sell them a gold ring and they offered my 100.00 dollars and the pawn shop down the street gave my twice as much 206.00 for the same ring. Twice as much. So get a secound opinion before selling to them
