They reduced the hours from 7:30-6pm to 9am-1pm 4 days a week only. How are the parents with kids who work during the day going to return their books??????? They want you to pay to ship them back
They don’t know what they are advertising in emails. Asked the store manager etc a question from an email sent out. She said she didn’t know what I was referring to.
Nice place, nice workers but some are honestly not helpful. Also, please update your return policy to \Any non-textbook UNOPENED items can be returned within 30 days of purchase\ so students like me who think they can return it as you stated in your policy actually can't. Thanks
