Very disappointed with the quality of my shirts. My numbers should have been white but they are pick because my shirt is red. My husband shirt came in the wrong size even though we paid the 2 or 3 dollar extra. I contacted Xpress printing and the lady respons was I am sorry but we already moved on to the next school. I will never again purchase from them.
NO INTEGRITY AT ALL. IF YOU PROMISE A DATE AND YOU FAIL IS ONE THING, TO KEEP COMING AND CALLING BACK TO FOLLOW UP AND STILL FAILED TO PRODUCE ON THE NEXT PROMISE DATE IS ANOTHER THING. WE HAVE TO KEEP CALLING AND NO ANSWER, FINALLY HAD TO SHOW UP IN STORE TO GET AN ANSWER. WE WERE SO NICE ENOUGH TO NOT EVEN ASK FOR A REFUND. YOU LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER. THERE NOT EVEN AN OPTION TO NOT RATE A STAR.
