We employed these guys for our house move within Edinburgh, which included moving a number of boxes, large furniture and an electronic piano from one property (and a separate storage facility) to another. Sarah fully organised our move, and was able to adjust details with us to ensure we got the right type of removal and at our preferred time. The removal guys arrived bang on time despite the heavy snow, were really kind and friendly, and got straight to work. No fuss, no drama, exactly what we wanted, and very reasonably priced.

The people I have interacted with, by email or by phone were very friendly, very efficient, they answered all my questions and needs in a record time and at the best price I could find online. Had a great experience with this company. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout, the price was fair (we only required a partial load), and the movers were able to collect and deliver our items, from England to Scotland, with no difficulty or delays. Five stars and would highly recommend.
We used 1st Movers to move our boxes from Leicester to Aberdeen. Pick up and drop off were easy and efficient. Boxes were delivered in less than a day and undamaged. Communication about dates and times for pick up could have been better (we were only told about the pick up a day before because we opted for flexible part load).
I used 1st movers for my cross country move from Edinburgh to Yorkshire. They were very competitively priced and exceptional value - cheaper than other quotes by a few hundred pounds. The driver, Markus, arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. I used the 1 person service and helped him load the van. He delivered my belongings on time and I have no complaints and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend 1st movers to friends looking for movers.
