I write my own story 2021

I have been at this practice since I was born and my family and I love the staff there. They are always so friendly and welcoming. However, my reason for giving 4 stars is that since the covid pandemic, the practice's communication has been far from satisfactory. My mum learned that our dentist had retired over FACEBOOK and not on their Facebook page as they don't have one but from another patient who shares the same dentist as us. We have still not heard anything about his retirement, and I'm sure many of his other patients feel a little let down by this lack of communication. Please do not get me wrong the other dentists and the nurses are all so lovely; they always give you a little smile as they pass you in the waiting room, and the general environment is very welcoming and friendly. It's always a great experience, and I still do highly recommend this practice.

I have only been here twice but I won't be going back. I missed my appointment as my meeting ran very late. I called straight away after this but I was charged 35 for missing the appointment. I wouldn't be unhappy if this charge was communicated before but it wasn't. I booked my appointment again after that for a broken tooth I had. Even though the break was pretty large it was fixed by just a filling which has come out in a month and my tooth is now painful too. The only reason I am not giving this a lower rating is because people I dealt with were very polite and friendly.
