We board our dog here every time we go on vacation! They are very reasonably priced and take great care of our furbaby!!!
We did not have the best experience here, though Shelby called to speak to our concerns and offer an apology and offered to make it right any way she could which was greatly appreciated.
I boarded my two dogs here many times over the course of the four years that I lived in the area. I was very happy with 4 paws palace. Everyone who worked here was always friendly and kind to the dogs; they ensured that the dogs would receive the toys and treats I brought for them. When one of them was on medication, they ensured that he received it as directed. I have since moved away from the area, but 4 paws palace has set a high standard for my search for a new kennel in my new area.
Great place. This kennel is well-maintained. The staff are genuine and there are very open and communicative with their clients. Extremely helpful people, so you can rest at ease while on travel!
