I have no idea what the bad reviews are all about because my wife and I had the most incredible experience. We went for a 4D scan and were seen almost instantly. We had some issues in that our babies hand was over her face. My wife was sent out to eat chocolates and fizzy drinks to get her to shift. No success. We got photos of her anyway, and were invited back for another appointment for free to see if she would move. The second appointment showed what true customer service is. The persistence of the member of staff doing the scan was tremendous. She was determined to capture her. She was lying face down this time, and we had to leave on 3 different occasions to get her moving. She was super patient and ultra friendly with us. We got there in the end, but in all honesty I wouldn't have minded if we hadn't because it's basic biology, and disappointment might come to some. Overall the experience, the tranquil nature of the place and the friendly staff make it all well worth the money. They really go over and above to make your day special, regardless of the outcome. Thanks guys.

Attended here for the harmony test as was told baby had increased nuchal translucency sending me In to a panic, I didn’t want to risk an Amnio so got the blood test and it was money well spent to reduce my stress, the clinic was clean and calming, all staff very friendly and welcoming. I’m happy to say I now have a very happy, healthy, can’t turn your back for a minute 10 month old :-)
Before I went to this clinic, I was a bit worried as the rating is quite low compared to other private clinics. BUT everything is just absolutely going well!!! Friendly staff at reception and the sonographer is professional and nice. Don’t feel rush at all and really enjoy the bonding time with my baby when seeing the 4D images on the screen. I have tried so many different private clinics in Edinburgh and this is the best so far.
Stopped by a first glimpse scan yesterday. I do have to say upon reading the reviews, I was a little worried. Our actual experience was great! Besides the clinic running a little late, the scan went well and Wendy was super friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. The setting was great too. Would definitely recommend
My husband and i went for a private scan and for the harmony test. The sonographer was friendly and made me feel very safe abiding to all covid 19 rules. On both occasions she answered any queries we had and talked us around the growth of our wee one. I also had to rearrange our appointment and the Dr did so and was very accomodating! I do not understand the bad reviews here, amazing friendly service, thank you so much!
