Very helpful practice in general. Getting modern with website, phone appointments and generally good use of everyone's time. Helped me out with an insurance declaration over the phone. They seem to go out of their way to provide as wide a service as they can. Very impressed.

Only ever had a positive experience at Bangholm. Staff are really helpful and do follow up and try their best of get you an appointment. Doctors and nurses do hear you out and had only good advise. Thank you for being there for the Edinburgh residents.

Staff are really good - Doctors and nurses are really helpful bar one or two junior doctors.. Nurses and doctors are always helpful - treating you with smiles and pleasantries despite their super busy schedule.
