Dr ranj recently saw my son who has special needs. He is fantastic with children and had my son smiling all the way through our appointment. The reception girls are just wonderful always go above and beyond to help thank you Barclay . From Donna ganson

Been trying to get an appointment with a doctor all week. I cannot get appointments in the morning due to my work. Phone at 8am to ask for an after 4pm appointment, told to phone at 1pm for late appointments. Fine. I have managed to phone at 1pm, although my job doesn’t necessarily allow for this, 3 times and I’m told they’re fully booked. How is this possible if I’m phoning at 1pm on the dot and everyone else is told the same message? Going to change practice but still needing to see a doctor in the short term.
I have nothing but praise for this practice, the team are kind, friendly and thoroughly professional. Elaine Powell was extremely good at putting me at ease with all the visits I have needed to make. A special mention for Charis in reception who is always very friendly and goes the extra mile. In fact all of the reception staff are great. This practice has gone from strength to strength and offers so many services and seems to be very well staffed.
