Nice accommodation but surprised No lift in 4 story blocks

So disappointed that after less than 2 years from building the house , the painting is cracked , the kitchen & main bed room tapes are leaking , unfortunately pats of kitchen ceiling is damp and we woke up at 7.30 Am everyday due to the high noise from the construction workers to continue building the rest of houses in the Limes. Honestly I am so sad of the poor quality of the house
For houses that are no more than a couple of years old the paintwork on some of the doors is in a poor state. Also where are people visiting the area supposed to park their cars and like all new estates a few more pavements would be a welcome addition.
