I popped into Beaverbrooks' today, a miserably cold day at that, but I was welcomed warmly. The sales staff were friendly and efficient, and soon I was on my way, mission accomplished. The shop is undergoing renovation - indeed the whole retail park is being upgraded - but the staff on duty didn’t let that wear them down.
