Really lovely staff - lady who helped me was just so accommodating. There is a beautiful selection of dresses at very reasonable prices. Haven't found my dress yet but found a few serious contenders here and will be back to view the new collection.

I started looking for my wedding dress early last year, and Berketex was the last place I visited! The ladies were so warm and welcoming and really made me feel comfortable! I'm not the most self confident of girl's and the idea of trying on white dresses didn't come easily to me, but I had a great time and the ladies picked out gorgeous dresses that really suited my figure! I found my dream dress here and hope many other ladies do too. I got married two months ago and it was the best day of my life, it wouldn't have been the same without the help of the lovely ladies in the Edinburgh store!
I would like to send special thanks to Liz, who was lovely from start to finish and the Seamstress who worked her magic on my chosen dress I felt great on the day as "Mother of the Groom" x
Absolutely loved my wedding dress from Berketex, it was perfect. Although I did not receive the best service, it did not take away the fact that I had found 'The Dress' - amazing! I felt like a princess all day :)

Whatever you do don't pay upfront for alterations shop around for a better price first as I've been waiting 4 weeks now for a refund, phoned the shop emailed head office to be told different things each time
I had an appointment today at the Berketex store in Edinburgh and Rebecca was the one who helped me try on dresses. She was extremely helpful and nice and the level of customer service was excellent. I really appreciate all her help and I want to recommend Berketex and especially Rebecca to every bride to be looking for beautiful dresses and great service!
