I used the specific car wash the last few months and i was very happy with the professionalism. Last saturday though 2 guys who i spoke with decided that my car was dirty for the 15 pounds valet and decided i need the 25 pounds plan. 1)what's the difference between the two plans?? Because they call it \express\ does it mean the car should be cleaned ??? And why should i mind if it's express? ( by the way it took me 5 mins to Hoover it at a petrol station on my own) ... 2)the only thing needed was hoovering the inside when i already told them i don't want to do the boot. Last thing: guys if you don't like your job just don't do it. I pay money for a service and i expext at least not to be bothered by your loud voice or upsetting attitude when it comes to clean a car.
Friendly staff, very good job at cleaning the car and the express valet which includes the car wash was good value for money. There is a cabin that you can wait in while your car is getting valued. Would go back.

Took my extremely dirty car to get valeted today. I have a dog and the interior of my car was muddy and covered in hairs and slobber. My car was returned to me looking like it had just left the show room. Brilliant job for a really excellent price.
