I used Citizen Ticket last year when running the Rabbie Burns Ball - an event aimed at raising money and awareness for mental health. The site's functionality is second to none, very straight forward to navigate around and provides the freedom and flexibility to update event details and manage the ticketing numbers very efficiently. Any problems or bugs I encountered were resolved very quickly and the team were fantastic in helping me as an independent promoter to advertise and promote the event for no extra fee. I will be using Citizen Ticket again for this year's event and I would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter how small, they will look after you very well.

I've used Citizen Ticket for numerous events that I've organised and highly recommend them. Their service is simple and easy to use with lots of nice design features and they are constantly improving. Their customer support is really quick and personal, even if you are a very small scale promoter. They go out their way to help promote your events for no extra cost, and best of all they only charge a 10% booking fee - which is better than pretty much any ticketing service out there.

I've been organising events with Citizen Ticket for a long time; preferring their small company ethos to big boy Eventbrite. I cannot fault them. Their templates are lovely and intuitive, they're constantly updating the page design based on customer feedback; if there are ever any glitches their tech team are on it - and almost immediately. They donate half their booking fees to your chosen charity and in communications are personable, friendly and transparent. Well done team!
