After two years in a cornerstone property (which was dirty and in disrepair when received,) they claimed that after a professional clean it was unsuitable for new tenants. They only informed me of their decision because I chased them repeatedly. They are slow and abrupt in communications. They refused to discuss during the mediation step over the dispute. I was deeply upset by the way they treated the matter and will avoid them in future. Cornerstone have repeatedly cast aspersions on the professional cleaners hired. The local company which invoices for agency fees, with cleaners paid personally on the day. This has been explained to them numerous times. They left me in tears on the phone and did not reply to my emails when I tried to work with them.
Cornerstone Letting is always very easy to work with and very responsive. By far one of the best letting agencies I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend.
Amazing experience so far. The whole application process to find a flat has been really fast. It took us less than a week to do the viewing, place the deposit, have our references checked and get confirmation of our move in date. Special thanks to Victoria who has been always fast to answer our enquiries!
