I’m giving 3 because there are 3/4 good GP’s who are still there. But having been a patient here since 1994 I’ve been here since I was a kid, and I can honestly say that this practice went from great - bad - ABYSMAL!! They are constantly late and I mean by 20/40 mins sometimes. The reception staff are insanity rude, condescending and, ask personal questions that they are not always entitled to know. and they don’t like it when don’t tell them. The Receptionists really clearly don’t want to be there and hate their job. It’s sad that patient care really is NOT at the forefront of this Practice anymore. - if you can go elsewhere -

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years and I can say I've met some brilliant doctors and some awful doctors. I have made complaints 3 times and tbh they were never dealt with to my satisfaction but I didn't see the point in pursuing them. I am currently attending for an ongoing issue and thankfully the doctor I am seeing is very tentative. I cant believe that there are reviews here that seem to take offence at the bad reviews..pointless and random seeing as everyone will have different experiences good and bad.

Can't believe some of negative comments here.My doctor has been brilliant and helped me through cancer and other problems over the last 10 years.I do not think I would be here now without her support.
