Website confusing when trying to get contact information. A 08 number is the only one available. Having a fixed end time would be appreciated as \End of Day\ means nothing. My end of day can be 12pm.... something saying by 10/8/6pm would be much better.

The best way to get the most out of DHL is to pick up the parcel yourself at a service point not home delivery service coz delivery is so unpredictable and they are doodle at it. Otherwise DHL is quite organized despite delivery service. Got good customer service too

Disgracefully slow woman on the desk at depot. Lady obviously doesn't care or want to be in her job at all. Waiting 45mins to collect 1 parcel and there is only 2 people in front of me. AVOID AVOID if advised to collect anything from here. Gave a 1 star however that's the lowest score possible, should be a minus score.....

Obscure, confusing and changing messages when trying to use 'track your package' Organised whole day to be at home at the specified delivery window but NO DHL arrived. Checked again and info on 'track' had changed to an inscrutible message. Does DHL get paid for this shoddy lack of service??
