Very pleasant and helpful sales person. Not 5 stars because unfortunately we were there as we were choosing an alternative bed base. What we had delivered over a week ago was faulty. A second bed base was delivered earlier today but had the same fault. We did find an alternative but it won't be delivered until January likely due to COVID.

Excellent and friendly service. The Sleep match was pretty cool and we found a very good mattress on sale. Stock in store was good and the salesperson Jav was excellent

Would never go there again. One of the staff member Sebastian, was not only rude but extremely unhelpful and dismissive. No wonder the shop was completely empty. Shocking customer service.
