Used East Coast data recovery for my partner who is a teacher and lost loads of resources when two of her drives failed. Was super impressed with the fast response from them and the care given to the drives, loads of communication back and forth keeping us updated on progress, great news they managed to recover all data and supplied a donor drive to us, sent special delivery and received next day. Very pleased with the service given and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with any data needs. Reasonable priced also. Top marks to Louis thanks for all your help.

Brilliant. Right next to my favourite Leith shop - the brilliant Weigh 2 Go. They were able to recover all the files off a drive that I had dropped. Even though another shop said it wasn't possible, these guys managed to do it. Just had to drop it off for their free analysis. After a couple of days they sent me a report that I had to check through which showed all my files that they could recover which I had to accept first. Got all my Data back within 3 days of handing it in which was amazing and a relief. Very professional staff and excellent communication. Keep it up guys!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have used them on a number of occasions, most recently tp transfer my programmes and data from an old windows 7 laptop including a calendar system working on windows XP. Fantastic job that I could never have achieved myself. Best value for money I have spent in a long time.

Extremely grateful to Louis and the team for recovering my data. My Windows 7 harddrive was terminally corrupted and it didn't help that I was totally unfamiliar with my W.10 replacement, but Louis patiently took me through it. Rosie from Eastcoast Data Recovery was very helpful and communication from her was excellent. She explained everything that would happen and advised that there was no fee unless they could recover some data. Although the hard drive was badly damaged they managed to recover 5 years worth of precious photos. I highly recommend them and thank you guys your brilliant.
Highly recommend using east coast recovery as they know exactly what they are doing, My WD passport 2tb had a very light fall and stopped working as my laptop wasn’t picking it up anymore even though the lights still powered up, I tried it in a different pc and laptop but no luck. Louis from data recovery dealt with my issues from start to finish and kept me fully updated Friends and family recommended east coast and i am very happy that I gave it to them as it contained all my memories with videos and pictures of my family and kids and 99.99% of the data was recovered this could have been a lot worse. The 0.01% of videos still now come on but with slight skip but hardly noticeable I recommend anyone reading this that you back up your data to another 2 backups, I learnt this the hard way. Thank you Louis you are a life saver.
