I have called your Edinburgh Audi several times over the last two weeks since my Service with done. I keep being told that the Technican will call you back Sir.. All I have to say to Regarding that Answer from Edinburgh Audi Service Department .. Thank God, I am not holding my breath.. I am due to Re-New my Audi Q3 in March this year but, after this.. Maybe its time to looked elsewhere.. I understand we are all dealing with Covid but, my answer is that is this.. If Edinburgh Audi can answer the phone for sells, or Services. THEY can surely, Call a Customer back regarding my Service Complaint..

I only rang up with a question, as I was looking on line at a car, and my local lookers line was busy, He made it all seem so easy, and my car was delivered and my old one taken away, without any trouble. very slick service. thanks

Brand new audi will miss service dates and then when booked in for service including spending long taxi trips with me having to drop the car off and pick up without service as will not have parts ordered despite being in the notes. Will end up driving around with missing pieces off your audi afterwards and show yourself you did not deserve a ice audi\ in the first place. No courtesy cars available and are more than happy to let your lease company book taxis for you. Can't imagine audi approved means much at the end of the day. I'm sure positive news does not arrive from an audi employees/representatives mouth regardless of covid. May not be the same for everyone else to be fair but just proof that my worth is zilch in this country with my name.
