An utter disgrace. All of our issues, and there are a few, are either our fault or the fitters. Would have been better in b n q Don't use them, regardless of what they say. Edinburgh Bathroom Company sell for them and are also disgusting thieves.

I totally agree with the poor after service. I am still chasing them for assistance following my dissatisfaction with one of their products. They either take ages to reply or I have keep emailing and phoning them. Whatever happened to "the customer matters"…? Still awaiting responses 3 months down the line.
