Bad repair work for a Sony phone screen. The first repair broke the speaker, the second repair was covered in glue, the third repair became unattached and the final repair is not ideal as my screen is not properly secured and the speaker replacement has massively reduced sound quality. Customer service throughout was friendly and after the initial (very expensive!) fee I wasn't charged for subsequent repairs. Still frustrating as my phone is left much the worse for wear. I would certainly give them a second chance but not with a sony phone!
