David carried out 2 pieces of work at our recently extended home. Initial work was to build a fence, deck and bin store and the second was for paving a drive and creation of a stone slabbed patio to replace a lawn, together with building a raised stone walled flower bed, installation of water feature, planting of a shrub border and building a set of stone steps. David and his colleague performed the work to a high standard. He was very helpful in advising in choice of materials and plants. He also suggested using larch battens to obscure an old fence - this produced a great finish which has been much admired. I certainly recommend him.

Having recently moved to a house with an over-grown sloping garden and a 25-year-old hedge that was more brown than green, we needed a fair bit of work done to create a family friendly garden and new drive. David's initial visit to view the work that was needed left me confident that he was knowledgeable and professional, and he was the only one who didn't seem concerned that the job to remove the hedge was going to be too tricky! David & Shaun were great to have around for the few weeks the work took. They were both very friendly and hard working, and if they came across any issues (which I'm sure they will have done) we were never made to feel that anything was a problem. There were a few changes of plan during the work, an extra set of steps, additional flower beds etc. - and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They worked hard through all weathers, without so much as a grumble, and always to a high standard - and with consideration for our neighbours - who got to know them well too! The work we had done included a new tegula-block drive, fencing, sloping garden levelled out and turfed, a new patio area, flower beds, steps and bin-store - so quite an extensive and varied job, every part of it done to high standard. We're extremely happy with our new drive and garden - our two young boys can't wait to have free reign on the grass, once the turf has settled in. We are also delighted in having chosen David & Shaun to do the work for us. They were a pleasure to have around, and our boys, neighbours and ourselves have been missing them! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Testimony to their workmanship is that even in extremely high winds and heavy rain, we’re completely sheltered under our pergola – not even a naked candle flame blows out. I waited some time for David to become available to landscape my garden (he was booked solidly for months) which in itself was the right recommendation. I explained as best I could what I required and showed him a \very rough\ scribbled idea. He took time discussing my needs and produced the most wonderful design which has drawn passersby to take photgraphs of. I am absolutely thrilled. This was a difficult site to start with but David changed it into a garden I want to be in. I appreciated the care and attention to detail that was taken. Work was done to a very high standard. Couldn't be happier. The garden is totally transformed and come Spring will be a haven of tranquility.
