DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER I asked Peter Trebek for English to Spanish subtitles for a graduation video to be presented to families of graduates from a school I work with. I asked that the work be done within a specific time frame (just before the start of the graduation presentation) and he assured me that it would be done in that time. I got an email from him at the time it was due telling me that they would need another 12 hours and offering to refund my money if that would not work. The work was not done within the time frame that was promised and because of that failure the Spanish speaking students and families attending this remote graduation will not be able to fully understand the presentation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
