Misses wet ceilings with rust marks from leaking tanks supposedly not in use,when in fact they are; and doesn't adjust property value relative to repair costs. Needs a new kitchen, bathroom and refurbished throughout? Just knock 1% off. Also re: valuations - they just look at sold prices nearby and base it on recent sale prices.. a flippin 12yo could do that.
Really happy with the service provided by Graham and Sibbald, would highly recommend to anyone requiring residential or commercial property services!
