Great service, and good food! The wine is a bit expensive, but since the food was so good it was worth it. We’ll be back.

Summary: Quality French food and drink in the heart of Stockbridge. Henri's is stocked high with wine and cheese, and is clearly a popular shop with locals. Beyond the copious quantities of fine French consumables on offer, the rear of the establishment is given to a relaxed, rustic cafe serving excellent food and drink. Seats are also available at the front of the building and on the street during sunnier days. Though the menu isn't extensive, everything is perfectly prepared and exceedingly tasty. Relaxed and quiet, Henri is a perfect place to catch up with old friends, or while away a lazy morning surrounded by French sensibilities.

You could lose sense of time in Henri's - it is relaxed, calm, French, quiet ... everything you need for a weekend morning or a prolonged afternoon tea. The food is excellent and the atmosphere - amongst all those wine bottles and cheese - is a prompt to combine intimacy with companionship. Well worth a visit.

Interesting place in that it seems so laid back. The wine selection was minimal but what they had was good. The price is inflated and could be off putting even in Stocksbridge.

Delicious french food - partly inspired by scottish cuisine - served in a nice and quite location by friendly staff. Most of the food and the drinks are imported from France. Try their delicious cheese platter while having a glass from their varied french wine selection.
