The woman who owns this business has no consideration for her customers. She even phoned me out of the blue one day and I felt like I was being interrogated by her. The conversation ended with her telling me that she wants independence from England. I'm English. What does that have to do with me getting my haircut? Then I turned up for a haircut with one of her staff, sat quietly, paid, and left. And then she texts me to say that I am not welcome at her salon.
