Homestyle Blinds provided a fantastic service advising and installing blinds to each window and french doors in my new build home. The staff gave a first class service in their Morningside shop, and Paul provided excellent advice on current blind styles and colour schemes, as well as carrying out the installation. His attention to detail was outstanding. Overall a five star service with excellent value for money – highly recommended!

Brilliant service from initial phone call to fitting by Paul. New vertical blind for my lounge is first class, love the new style with no bottom chain, much cleaner modern look. Would be happy to use Homestyle for any blinds I require in future. Would recommend highly.
I got three estimates for blinds in kitchen and living room. Home style was the best in terms of price, and also service. From the initial phone call to the estimate and fitting, they were efficient and focused on their customer. Highly recommend.
Ordered 2 sets of wooden blinds from Homestyle Blinds for our Livingroom and Bedroom. Fantastic Service all round from the shop staff to fitter. Would definitely use their service again, highly recommend.
Unfortunately in recent years Homestyle Blinds seem to have prioritised their business sourced via large retailers (I believe Next) over their traditional homeowner customers. We had previously received great service from Homestyle over the years and have been very happy with the many blinds they have fitted in our home. However, our most recent experience with Homestyle has proven to us that they have lost focus on their core customer base. We ordered a blind for our son's bedroom window. After the delivery date we had been given had come and gone I had to start chasing Homestyle for updates. This went on for quite a number of weeks before Paul finally arrived to fit our blind. Once he had installed it and was ready to leave we went to check it and were horrified to see that it was not wide enough to fully cover the window opening, that the blind tapes we had requested were missing and there were dark marks all over the blind. We were amazed that Paul was going to leave it like this. It was then agreed that we could receive a refund for our deposit and could hold on to the faulty blind until we sourced a new blind from elsewhere. We then ordered a blind from elsewhere. However, after a relatively short period of time we started to receive calls from Homestyle saying the factory needed the blind back and when could Paul come and collect it. We then received a formal letter from Homestyle threatening to charge us the remaining balance if the blind was not uplifted by them within seven days. Paul turned up yesterday to remove the faulty blind...even although he knows the replacement blind has yet to arrive...and even although he knows our son's window will not have anything to cover it over Christmas. Terrible service from a company who could once pride themselves on good service.
