Wonderful daycare with very kind and friendly owners and staff. They are great with puppies as well so very good if you need to socialize your puppy in a pandemic. :) Our pup loves it there!

Great facilities and they really look after your dog. The indoor and outdoor areas are brilliant. Reasonable, transparent pricing and we have full confidence we can leave our dog here and she'll be well cared for.
My Boxer Cody loves it here, he can't wait to get out the car and get there. He has lots of energy so it's brilliant that he can run around safely and play with the other dogs. All the staff are fab and I love seeing updates on their Facebook page.
I left my dog here on 07/09/20, after 30 minutes they called me to tell me my dog was injured. Rebecca then told me there was no rush as they had bandaged her paw up. So I finished the job I was at and then picked up my dog couple of hours later. I asked about what their insurance covers if there was any vet bill. She had the folder already sitting waiting to show me the contract I had signed admonishing them of any responsibility to my dog whilst in their care! Can you believe someone who supposedly cares for your animals has this in their contract? Imagine leaving you child with the babysitter who has you sign a contract that if your child breaks their leg in their house it’s not their responsibility! So I took my dog immediately to the vets who said Bryna will need to stay in and get sedated for her paw to be stitched up. Imagine Danielle told me if I’m not going to take Bryna to the vets to take the bandage off as it wasn’t very well put on and put one myself! Straight away when the vet seen it she said it needed stitches! I’ve had other discussions were I’ve tried to settle this with Danielle but unfortunately she doesn’t care, only for the money she makes. 3 weeks now and my dog has only just had the bandage removed from what she describes in her email correspondence as a ‘minor’ incident. 3 weeks and 7 trips to the vet, no walks for my dog which now is resulting in behavioural problems for my dog and over 300 in vet fees. Funny they say on the website a safe place for your dog, 30 minutes my dog spent there and resulted in her being laid up for 3 weeks! Not much wonder they want to take your dog to vets4pets if there are accidents. They are both the same and just after the money with no care at all!

This place is amazing...Nellie our 3 year old lab just loves it. She waits on Pete the pick up driver coming for her & is delighted to see him...all the staff are excellent & the outdoor area is brilliant for Nellie...she just loves being outdoors...when she’s tired out there’s a lovely relaxing indoor area with cushions etc for her to have a lie down...there’s also an inside play area too...this really is the best thing for our dog and we know she is very safe & happy to be here. Excellent service, I would highly recommend Hound Around Day Care for your dog you won’t be disappointed x
Fantastic facilities, with a large indoor play area, a chill out zone and a HUGE outdoor secure place for the pooches to run and play. The staff are lovely and you know your dog will be in safe hands. Definitely value for money. Love it as much as my dog
