Can’t recommend Richard enough.. After giving up with manual lessons over a year ago, I took a 5 day automatic intensive course (20 hours) with Richard and passed my test the following week. Richard’s patience and sense of humour made every lesson a joy and he is so encouraging and supportive. The best out there!!

I passed on my first try! Richard is calm and easy to drive with, a great teacher, and personalised the teaching to my needs. After driving in other countries for 20 years, he knew how to help me get rid of my bad habits and also the tricks to get me to pass the test. Richard is wonderful and nice and easy going and I would suggest him to anyone.
My 17 year old has just passed her test 20 hours driving with Richard - can’t thank him enough - my daughter said he was a brilliant instructor and that he made her feel really confident - five stars from me
By far the best instructor if you get super nervous under pressure, like me. Richard put me at ease and I passed my test first time after a couple days with him. I honestly felt like it was one of my friends, he let’s you take it all at you own pace. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!!
I had previously taken manual lessons a few years ago however had issues with the gears. I decided to take automatic lessons with Richard which was well worth it. Richard is an amazing instructor who is very patient and understanding. He makes the experience enjoyable with an great sense of humour and easy-going conversation and makes you feel safe at the same time. My driving lesson experience was much more enjoyable because of this and passed first time! Thank you again :)
