I was in desperate need of a hair cut today. I happened to be in the area so I popped in and met James, He was so nice and friendly and also knows is stuff when it comes to giving a great cut. I'm delighted with my cut ( This is something that hasn't happened for ages) I'll definitely be back in a few weeks. Highly recommended!!!
Best hairdresser in Edinburgh - I should know I have been to them all! I have fine hair and I really would not trust anyone else to cut it other than James.

I was given a junior despite being told he was a senior stylist by James. It turns out he is yet to finish college! I ended up with a badly burned scalp and handfuls of hair falling out. The salon offered to fix it once I had healed, but now think a refund is sufficient. It’s up to me to pay for this total mess to be fixed now. I am shocked and disappointed as the owner himself promised to look after my hair until it recovered. This was by means of an apology and as he was apparently so upset with his staff member. On booking an appointment it was cancelled and I was offered the same junior at a cost!! Do NOT ever trust this salon. I will post a review and pictures everywhere possible and have already contacted Trading Standards.
