Great Indian, friendly staff, tasty food
Ordered via Jashans own webisite at 4.40. Ordered arrived at 6.30. Two items missing, ice cream and popadoms. I was told I would receive a voucher for missing items but I refused that. I was then told the ice cream is no longer available. Order was 38.85 so I was offered a 10 refund. I can’t trust this company. Food is back in the bag for driver to collect and a refund is expected within a couple of days. I will wait in hope.
Absolutely lovely place! Service is exceptional. And food is one of the best I've tried so far! Definitely recommend 10/10.
It would have been great had I actually had the chance to eat the food, having placed an order via just eat, and having a confirmation email via just eat, my food didn’t arrive at my house. Moreover, when I called restaurant, they had no order details. Absolute shambles. My wife had told me not to order from them because of previous disappointment but I gave benefit of doubt. My bad. Never again and what’s more I’ll ensure I tell everyone I know if this dreadful experience.
