I could not recommend this place more! They are extremely responsible and always go above and beyond to make the client happy, even working on new years eve to make sure we get the keys. We are extremely satisfied with their service and could not be happier with our new home!

Following the date of entry and the payment to Johnson, they provided the worst service I have ever witnessed. Would not return calls; would not respond to emails; hide information from correspondence with the house sellers; would not put in a minimal effort into resolving the issues. The main solicitor, David, did not call me back after 20 attempts to reach him. I am nearly sure all the positive reviews are from clients who had no issues with their sale/purchase and therefore may think they did a good job. I heartedly advise anyone to use any other firm, just not Johnson Legal.
We had a great experience when selling our home with Johnson Legal. They were quick and efficient and Holly made the process feel easy and straightforward. They also went that extra mile when Lynne offered to do a viewing for us when we had a family commitment and couldn’t do it ourselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Will not return phone calls or emails despite repeated enquiries about a property. Avoid using them if you plan on trying to sell your property, it's like they're actively trying to ward off potential buyers.
Johnson Legal were great to deal with again, this time on our conveyancing - we shall certainly continue to use them for all our legal work.
