If i could give my experience 0 stars i would. The gentleman who served me who, after reading the reviews i have established is the owner was the rudest most judgemental person i have ever encountered. Upon entering the store and whilst i was there he made rude, unpleasant and hurtful comments regarding my appearance. He made unpleasant comments about the in his words - 'low class' 'commercial looking' 'basic' 'no class' style of ring i wanted. He was rude to my friends who were browsing too. I seen his assistant laughing at us and they passed comments between each other and ignored us on many occasions. He was incredibly dismissive and condescending and obviously judged me and brought out the opposite of what i had requested merely based on his own judgement. When we left we heard them beginning to speak about us When i thanked him for his time and said it wasnt quite what i was looking for he told me i was better suited and should go to a high street jewellers rather than being in his store. How anyone can leave a review saying they received good customer service shocks me! I left feeling upset and belittled. Avoid at all costs and take your custom elsewhere and spare your money, feelings and dignity rather than being judged by this man who quite clearly thinks he is above everyone!

What an experience! We worked with Mr. Bonnar and he was absolutely fantastic. Took his time with us - he was great to listen to and made this one of our most fun experiences in Edinburgh. I expect to visit him the next time we are in country.
