My external hard drive, containing all my personal files, documents, photos, films etc, suddenly became unresponsive. John responded to my enquiry quickly and was able to identify the problem and recover all the data within two days. Communication was fast and clear, and costs were as outlined on the website (and cheaper than other quotes I'd received.) Also appreciated the tips on data storage to prevent this happening again. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing data recovery services.

John runs a great repair service and I highly recommend it. My computer was completely dead, and none of the usual fixes worked. John came highly recommended by one of his competitors (which made me think he must be good) and I agree. He gave concise, easy to understand advice. Talked me through all the steps and sought my cooperation and assent on each step before he started. I felt my computer and data were in safe hands and he wasn't going to take me for a ride. He recovered all my data for what I felt was a better than reasonable price. He even got my computer back up and running. It's a month on and still running great, he gave me for advice for the future and gave me the tools and words of wisdom to not get ripped off the future. I've already recommended him to my friends and will return if I've got any issues. Computer repair is a murky buisness, especially if you are not technically adept, and I felt John did a bang up job.
