Unfortunately having been quite excited about their website and seeing a few different dresses I liked when I got there and entered the shop there was no real feelings of excitement. No drinks offered. No personal assistant just one that bought the dresses over to the cubicle that was blasting hot air and was too small and uncomfortable. One mirror that was being used by a few brides-to-be and bridesmaids. A few of the dresses were very discoloured and dirty and when we asked the assistant brought out a new dress of the only one I liked and I was amazed at the difference in colour. I agree with the other person about the accessorises being constantly placed on my head that I didn't want. They had some nice dresses but something definitely lacked. We didn't end up buying from there. I have to add that although the staff weren't unpleasant or unhelpful, they were neither attentive and asked what I wanted.
