The guy who came out was super friendly. However he couldn't get a good view with the CCTV because it was raining (?!) and therefore didn't record anything. Massive hole drilled in our pipe was patched with tape. Guy said it'd get a bung put in but never did. Lanes did not respond to requests for a follow up, despite repeated emails. This cost me 324... AVOID.

They leave your home with sewer in all floor. They promisse you to clean but leave advising that someone will come to clean for you but not today or tomorrow. No one knows !!!!!!
