Never had such a lovely experience at a GP before. Receptionists are lovely and helpful over the phone and in person. Dr Sonya is amazing; so compassionate, knowledgeable and put me at ease, I’m so glad I changed surgeries to this one.
Never had an issue before with leith mount, however I feel I have to write this. I've got shingles on my neck and head and clearly in a lot of distress!! Doc told me we only have a 10 min slot and if I wouldn't mind filming it as a good case for forums etc. Was all fine with that but then a chap on the door and he had to see someone else. When he came back, 2 prescriptions were given to me and told to be on my way. Was left completely confused in the waiting room. I appreciate emergencies can occur and it's a difficult time atm but left not really knowing much about a condition I already knew nothing about!
Very friendly and helpful
Service used to be great and the receptionists were polite. Now it's awful! The service from reception is extremely poor. I am changing to a new surgery in a few weeks time.
