Very kind and professional dentist. I have started a treatment on one tooth in Germany. Because my filling broke out while I am working temporary in Scotland. I just came and got fast an appointment. Without problems she continued the treatment and found also an other problem that was fixed too. Now I can use again my teath normal again. Thank you very much!
Professional, excellent service every visit
Booked an appointment to see a dentist, I got to the practice a receptionist told me that I was booked in with an hygienist, next available appointment with a dentist after 4 pm is in two weeks time. Receptionist did not apologise to have mess up the booking, she could not care any less. My husband two weeks ago had the opposite problem, he booked an appointment with hygienist but he got to see a dentist. If they can’t get a simple appointment right what are the chances they can do any other job right?!?
