I ordered a watch for my father. Had to do it all remotely due to current lockdown, but I emailed the shop the model I was looking for and they went off and got us a very good price. Spoke over the phone and paid via card and the watch was delivered soon afterwards. They're very nice and friendly to talk to and the service was great. many thanks

From contacting them via email to request a ring gauge, through communication making sure the replacement engagement ring I wanted matched my necklace I bought 22 years ago, to delivery of the ring.
