After asking for some clean knives so we could butter our scones waited 20 minutes gave up and had to use a soup spoon as it was the only thing available. Not impressed tables were covered with used dishes. When we left still no knives .

Throughout the difficult year that 2020 has been, M&S has been one of the more pleasant places to shop....especially compared to many other, larger supermarkets who seem to just play lip service to safety. M&S at Craigleith have done it very well and continue to do si.
