The first time we met Tracy’s approachability and professionalism shone through and I knew we would get a great garden. She was very thorough measuring the garden, taking into account the areas where light falls at different various times of the day and recommending plants accordingly. Tracy encouraged me to share my own thoughts and ideas of what I would like in the garden. The plan she designed was beautiful, many of the shrubs and flowers she incorporated I wasn’t familiar with but she instilled such confidence I was very happy to choose these plants. Tracy was very hands on ordering the plants, helping to place them and plant them too. She was ongoing in her support and ready to give advice when the project was completed. I would thoroughly recommend Tracy as an excellent garden designer and very knowledgeable plants woman. Thank you again for our beautiful garden. Keren

Tracy designed and project managed a large garden transformation project for us. From the start, her enthusiasm for plants and gardening shone through. She could offer us 3D designs of our various options and created a beautiful 'mood board' with all of our selected plants and flowers to ensure the effect was what we hoped for. Very importantly, Tracy has contacts with excellent contractors who carried out our work. Boxelder were hugely diligent , knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. They had an excellent working relationship with Tracy which meant that the project was executed with minimum fuss. Thoroughly recommend.
Working with Tracy on our garden was an absolute pleasure. Her design for the difficult sloped space that we had was superb and her attention to detail is unbelievable. She listened to our brief and came up with so many great ideas and plans. During the build process she was on hand to make sure that everything ran smoothly and the building team she works with are very professional. The end result is a garden we adore and hope to have many happy years using.
When someone first sees our garden they are left speechless. Tracy transformed the old backyard into a stunning garden with space for relaxing and entertaining. The one downside is that you have to be up very early to pick the ripe cherries before the blackbirds get them!
Tracy listened well to our brief during the initial consultation and produced a garden design which looked far better than we could have imagined. She uses an excellent company of landscapers (Boxelder) and they work extremely well together as a team. Several site visits were carried out in person during the build and she responded quickly to messages at other times. We love the transformation and get a lot of pleasure from it!
