We damaged our alarm panel while painting our front hallway. We further complicated things by opening the box and doing things we should not have been doing. Called Garry and he was onsite within the hour. He was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. He took time to explain, it all made sense and the call-out charge was reasonable and fair. I certainly recommend them as they are rare find.
