Absolutely terrible service my 67 year old mother brought her iPhone 6s Plus in for a battery problem the person in the shop used a metal tool to clean the charging port which had nothing to do with the battery percentage. He shorted out the charging port with the metal tool and the phone died and wouldn’t turn back on as he has done permanent damage to the port. Tried to charge her 30 to fix it, lost his temper and told her to leave the shop. Luckily I have 2 repair shops in Ireland and will repair it myself. Would strongly advise not letting this man near your expensive device as he has the technical skills of a monkey! Once COVID restrictions are lifted I will be paying him a visit to pay for the repair of her phone and will be reporting this to the uk consumer rights agency!
