Since starting working here I have learnt so much and have grown massively in confidence. I have been working in dispatch for the company for about 8 months now and it has been great! Really relaxed working atmosphere, really nice people and a strong team. Manament actually listens to your ideas and implements them if it's a good idea which I love! Lots of room for advancement and learning in all sectors of the company. Sainburys right across the road for fresh bakery products and lunch and also on nice days you can stroll down to the harbour for some fresh air and a nice view while on break or after work.

I’ve been with the company now almost three months. The company has very clear goals and the management and senior staff are always on hand to help and advise so we are all working to achieve the company goals. The company has a very relaxed feel to it but at the same time everyone knows there targets and knows what they need to do. The management has a real positive attitude with all it’s staff and it’s a joy to say I work for a company who will go the extra mile for it’s staff and in turn the staff will do the same.
Great Company to work for with a great group of people. Having worked here for 4 years I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I have grown in confidence and learnt so much and feel like I can really make a difference. I have seen many changes in the company over the years and we just keep growing and getting better and better

Been working in Dispatch for My Business Boost for over 6 months already. Good time always goes fast, we have our fun moments because of our colorful personalities. Need to be mentioned that Sainsbury's is just across the road which is great if you want to buy something for lunch. My favorite thing at work is continuously ordering coffee pods for the office until we are overflowing, just can't stop, each of us with their own addiction :)) It feels good that I know that I can always rely on my team if in need of help. Always working together to fix any issues and offering good customer experience. I learned A LOT since working here regarding customer service, I think it will help me a lot in the future. Another reason between many why I love to be here is that when I arrive to work I can see genuine smiles on my coworkers faces, always having a kind word for each other and of course all of us love animals, many times being one of our discussion topics.
