Although a very pleasant store layout to look at and always has lots of useful things stocked, the people who run it are anything but pleasant. Both times I've been in they've been on the phone, on loud speaker and have failed to even acknowledge customers instead choosing to carry on their conversations. They also charge extortionate amounts for stationery with no price labels on the shelves so always a surprise at the till.

Very helpful owner. He stocks special envelopes that I require . Keeps probably the largest stock of magazines in the city. A very useful shop as good newsagents are hard to find these days.
Really good choice of soft drinks and chocolates and sweets
The people who run this store are rude and hugely incompetent which resulted in them firstly not accepting a package for 'Click and Collect' from ebay which is a service they are advertising as offering. Finally when they did sign for the abovementioned package they were too incompetent to follow correct procedure resulting in them not being able to release the limited edition Birkenstocks to me. If you cannot deliver a service correctly and efficiently do not offer it. Beware!!
