This crowd of incompetents waited until the morning of delivery to tell us our order wont be coming. This was apparently due to a container not arriving in the country. Surely they knew about this before the delivery date. We ordered this 2 months ago. Told we will now have to wait another 2 MONTHS. Wages lost today as I took time off work to wait for this delivery. Going to cancel the order now. Very unprofessional company. I urge you to think twice about purchasing from them.

Called into the store yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady. I think her name was Moira or Morna (the blonde lady). She was very attentive and helpful. Confirmed everything i needed to know about the bedroom furniture. I will definitely be back again if that's the kind of attention and customer service provided within these stores. Also covid procedures make you feel safe whilst within the store

Went there and was greeted by a guy who then was checking in at us every other minute (basically because there were another couple and he had to check in at them too). Although, he tried to be polite but the whole thing was weird. I tried to speak with my partner about their stuff and other things we had seen but the guy wouldn't go away. Now that I read others' reviews, I can see we were not the first to experience this. I think the owner needs to do something about this. I just wanted to leave the shop and will never go back again.

Absolutely horrible, Blonde lady who greeted us as we entered store has a serious attitude problem, as well as glaring at us entering and leaving the store, my partner has to wear a disability lanyard as he has serious asthma and cannot wear a mask and when she proceeded to ask him why he wasn't wearing a mask she looked very angry, absolutely disgusting way to behave, asked us why we were there we said to have a look, she then proceeded to tell us since we weren't in to buy anything we weren't to touch, looking at reviews we are not the first customers to think this, boss should really have a word! Wont be back.
