From the consultation, to surgery and aftercare (still receiving aftercare) the service and care received from Optical Express Edinburgh team has been amazing! In particular Paul who has even taken the time to answer any of my questions when hes been at home on days off or made sure someone called me. But the girls there also been absolutely amazing. Very thorough during checks. How relaxed Paul made me feel and so informative made me chose Optical express rather than another company i had seen. He made sure i got an appointment quickly. And even when I rang him annoyed my appointment time was getting changed for a 3rd time he made sure my appointment would stay. During the pandemic juggle work and childcare was hard enough. I would highly recommend!

Went here today for a consultation, was very friendly welcome right from the start, all memebers of the team were socially distanced and wearing ppe, everything was wiped down after each use. Consultation went well, as well informed with every part of it. Unfortunately i am unable to go for laser surgery but was explained in great detail what other options i have available to me, i was sent a detailed iscan report with all details i had done today. Would definitely recommend

Have been for a number of follow up appointments with my Father who initially had cataract removal surgery. In all cases the staff have been bright, friendly, accessible and very professional. My father was put at ease and talked through the various stages of his procedure and recovery. Would highly recommend Optical Express to anyone thinking of eye treatment.

I went in for a free consultation a few months ago, and I've now just had my one month since surgery check up. I'm so happy with my better than 20/20 vision! The staff at optical express were all so friendly and helpful, they take such good care of you, and there was no pressure to choose the surgery. I felt I was in very experienced hands and was very comfortable with everything, (including covid protocols). If anyone is thinking about this; do it! It'll change your life!

Eye surgery back in September was prompt and small waiting list. Went in the day after surgery for checkup but have never received any info for any further checkups as part of the 'aftercare process'. Left feeling really disappointed and even called the call centre who told me someone would call me back... Such a shame as the experience could have been so much better, considering the amount of money to be paid for the service.
