I put my S9 in on Saturday, the man that worked here said my beaten up phone will be ready on Tuesday(today). It certainly was ready when he said it would be. He called me 4 minutes before his closing time to make sure I got my fixed phone. He understood I was lost without my phone . I bought a good quality protective case. He advised me I don't need protective glass as the case is sufficient. I'm going back tomorrow anyway to get the glass as I don't want this to happen again. The staff member stayed opened over closing time so I could get my phone. He was courteous and helpful. Would use again if needed.
